Altogether 40 rooms have been booked for two nights with the above hotel. Check-in Thursday, October 8, check-out Saturday Oct 10, 2009 by noon. All rooms are single with double bed. The rooms must be reserved by calling the number given above or via email. When calling the hotel for room reservation please mention "BDI-DDBF Conference on Bangladesh" to get the special rate which has been negotiated with the hotel.

The negotiated rates are: $116.10 + tax per night, for two nights. This will amount to a total of $254.74 including taxes for the duration of the conference. Room reservation must be made before 30 September, 2009. Any reservation made after 30 September will cost more, which the hotel will determine at the time. Those who wish to stay longer (either check-in early or check-out late) must negotiate directly with the hotel. If any participant would like to stay Saturday night (Oct. 10), the rate will be of $125.10 + tax, provided that the reservation is made before 30 September, 2009.

The price of the hotel includes airport pick-up, drop-off and breakfast. Please call 617-625-5300 upon arrival at the Boston Logan airport for the hotel shuttle bus (The hotel bus is available every hour on-the-hour).

3. Transportation to Harvard: It is relatively easy to utilize the subway system to travel to and from the Harvard University campus from most Cambridge and Boston locations. Click here for help with getting to and around Harvard.
