2. Local Hotels Booking: We have not entered into agreement with any particular local hotel for the conference. The primary hotels identified were the Harvard Square Hotel and the Sheraton Commander at Harvard Square and the Marriott at Kendall Square (which is easily accessible by sub-way). First preference was Harvard Square Hotel (http://www.harvardsquarehotel.com/), but this hotel may not have space available on or around conference dates. You are free to stay at any conveniently located hotel around the Harvard University Campus or Boston area, possibly near a subway station for easy transportation.

3. Transportation to Harvard: It is relatively easy to utilize the subway system to travel to and from the Harvard University campus from most Cambridge and Boston locations. Click here for help with getting to and around Harvard.
