Registration
Registration Categories if paid by May 25, 2008 ($50 additional for each category after May 25, 2008). Please register on-line (forms provided via links below). On-Site Registration available starting at 8am, June 13th:
$200 per person for all authors and session chairs. Includes inaugural session, two lunches, dinner (speaker scheduled), cultural program, conference proceedings, book (after the conference), and raffle.
$100 per person for attendees. Includes inaugural session, conference presentations, conference proceedings, two lunches, dinner (speaker scheduled), cultural program, and raffle.
$55 per person for attendees who may attend any presentation, two lunches, and dinner (speaker scheduled) and cultural program.
$25 per person for attendance who will only attend the sessions.
All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
Refund Policy: Partial refund of registration fee will be allowed for extenuating circumstances only.

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Registration:
- We can only accept checks as registration payment for this conference
- Please send checks drawn on a US Bank
- Overseas registrants may pay on June 13 at the registration desk, but must register in
advance.
